Start by placing your desired ingredient into the wide feed chute. Press down with the provided pusher while turning the handle in a clockwise motion. The sharp, stainless steel blades effortlessly grate, shred, or slice the ingredient. Collect the grated material in a bowl placed at the discharge port.
